Z-Eclectic and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Z-Eclectic believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Z-Eclectic and its subsidiaries.

Consumer Agreement
All items listed here are offered solely for use as incense or for the purposes of species preservation, research, and archival interest unless otherwise noted. The seller cannot take any responsibility if buyers of our products are using the materials in an illegal or damaging way. You as the customer have full responsibility for incorrect use or misuse of our products. The seller, while always attempting to abide by the laws of the State of Kansas and of the United States of America, cannot and is not making any claims as to the legality of any of the products sold. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations of the particular jurisdiction which the customer is in. You must be at least 21 years old to order. The seller will not sell any products to minors, and by placing an order, the customer is explicitly acknowledging that s/he is not a minor and that s/he fully understands the warnings contained in these statements. All products listed here should be kept out of reach of children and pets. The seller of this product completely disclaims any and all liability for any injury, personal damage or property damage which is the result of the use, mis-use or consumption of any of the products listed here. The customer agrees to assume all responsibility to abide by all applicable laws. The customer understands that s/he is taking full liability for any personal injury, property damage or other damages sustained either directly by his or herself, or indirectly by another that may result from the purchase, use or misuse of any product listed here.

Shipping & Delivery

Z-Eclectic ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States and to international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Orders paid for by cash, money order or credit card will be will be shipped within 3 business days of our receiving it. Orders paid for through checks sent by way of Post will be sent within 14 business days of our receiving it. Best not to send payment in cash bills. We won't be held responsible if payment is lost in the mail.

Orders outside the US
Unless otherwise noted we can ship seeds and dried herbs anywhere in the world, no special import permit is necessary. However, we can not ship live plants outside the US.

Confidentiality
Whatever business you do with us will stay between us only. We don't sell or give our mailing list to anyone. Anyone requesting to not be on our mailing list wont be. Unless you've actually ordered something you aren't on our mailing list. Receiving a catalog doesn't count as an order.

Refunds
These are given if something arrives damaged, if we've incorrectly identified something, we're out of what you ordered, or if you don't comply with the terms of our disclaimer. We warranty only accurate identification of each species, and that all seeds can germinate. You'll also be credited for the return postage. Persons who wait more than 5 business days to return goods will receive only a 50% refund. So If you think you might be away when the goods arrive authorize a friend to pick them up and inspect them or you might not get a refund.

Our Seeds are checked periodically for good germination. All seeds and dried herbs, unless otherwise mentioned are untreated. Seeds are shipped to you in bubble wrap. Occasionally seeds get crushed in the mail, if this happens please return them for an immediate exchange, as mentioned above.

Miscellaneous
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED: Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions.
